In India, mainstream of population that is almost 64% between the ages 15 and 64 nearly 31% under 14 years age. So MHRD focuses on education children, youth, skill technical development human resource. Education basic right also a social capital. age globalization, importance increasing day by day. Hence government India increase educational spending but not sufficient so should spend much education. During 1950-51 to 2019-2020 number Universities, College, student’s enrolments increased, moreover in same period India’s Male/Female literacy rates have been trend. influence resource analyzed this paper.
